  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed.

4. Orders

  • Orders placed online are subject to acceptance and confirmation.
  • Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation via SMS or email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa, Visa/MasterCard, and Cash on Delivery (available in Nairobi).
  • All payments are processed securely; we do not store card or payment credentials.

6. Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within 0–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Shipping is free on all orders within Kenya. No hidden fees or minimums.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for all products. Once approved, items must be returned via in-store, drop-off, or mail with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Power Enterprise is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or delays beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, text, product images, and design — belongs to Power Enterprise and may not be reused without written consent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through the Kenyan legal system.
