Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: June 16, 2025

1. Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Products must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all accessories included.
  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery or purchase.
  • Returns are accepted in-store only.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days.
  • Exchanges are handled in-store only, for the same or similar item of equal value.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 2 business days.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • You’ll receive confirmation by email or SMS once processed.

Note: Refunds are not provided for used or damaged products unless damaged during delivery.

4. Product Condition Requirements

  • Product must be in brand new condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase are required.

5. Return Method & Fees

  • Return Method: In-store only
  • Restocking Fees: None
  • Shipping: Not applicable – all returns must be made in person
