Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: June 16, 2025
1. Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- Products must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all accessories included.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery or purchase.
- Returns are accepted in-store only.
- No restocking fees are charged.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Exchange requests must be made within 5 days.
- Exchanges are handled in-store only, for the same or similar item of equal value.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued within 2 business days.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- You’ll receive confirmation by email or SMS once processed.
Note: Refunds are not provided for used or damaged products unless damaged during delivery.
4. Product Condition Requirements
- Product must be in brand new condition.
- Original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase are required.
5. Return Method & Fees
- Return Method: In-store only
- Restocking Fees: None
- Shipping: Not applicable – all returns must be made in person
